We collect only what we need to care for your pet — contact details, home-access notes, your pet’s routine, and your vet information — and we never sell it. Home-access details are stored securely and shared only with your assigned sitter. You can request deletion of your information at any time.
Keys & home access
Keys are coded — never labeled with your name or address — and stored in a locked safe between visits, or we use your lockbox or smart-lock code. Access is logged for every visit and shared only with your assigned sitter and the owner. We return keys any time you ask.
Insurance, bonding & credentials
Sundog Pet Care carries commercial pet-care liability insurance and bonds its sitters; every sitter is background-checked and certified in pet first aid and CPR. License and registration numbers shown are illustrative for this template.
Pricing & the picker

Vet-emergency protocol
In a veterinary emergency we act on the signed care authorization collected at your meet & greet, transport your pet to your designated vet or the nearest 24-hour emergency clinic, and contact you immediately. Authorization limits are set by you.
