Common questions
Yes, including overnights. Holiday weeks book up quickly because we cap how many pets we take, so reserve early. A modest holiday surcharge applies on major holidays (we’ll always show it up front). Holiday cancellations have a longer notice window — see below.
At the meet & greet we collect your vet, a backup vet, the nearest 24-hour emergency clinic, and a signed authorization for care up to a limit you set. If something happens, we get your pet to care immediately and reach you at every number you give us. Every sitter is pet-first-aid and CPR certified.
Yes. For an overnight, your sitter stays in your home for a 12-hour overnight — typically evening through morning — including an evening walk, dinner, bedtime, and a morning routine. Your pet keeps their own bed and their own home; they barely notice you’re gone.
